ROCKWOOL International A/S in Poznań is seeking a Senior IT Security Consultant to join the IT Security team. You will own security incidents end-to-end, develop and tune Defender and SIEM capabilities, and help protect ROCKWOOL’s digital landscape across global operations.

The role requires 7+ years in IT security, hands-on Defender/Elastic, PAM experience, and programming skills. Travel is limited; a strong English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IT security experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Defender Platform and/or Elastic Security.
• 3+ years hands-on with PAM systems (CyberArk).
• Programming experience with Python and/or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of attack paths, incident response techniques.
• University degree in Engineering/CS or related field; certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as 2nd and 3rd level IT security support for incidents, performing root cause analysis.
• Develop, configure, and support Defender platform and security tooling to stay ready.
• Monitor alerts from EDR and SIEM systems; respond and remediate.
• Conduct digital forensics and vulnerability assessments with actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to PAM system administration and security architecture design.
• Collaborate with Digital Platforms, GOT, and GD teams on security projects.
