As a Senior IT Architect in the Infrastructure Services team within Global IT, you will take the lead in designing and delivering IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions. You will collaborate across departments and infrastructure domains, contributing to a secure, scalable, and business-aligned IT environment. This role includes occasional international travel (~5–10 days/year).
Lead the design, development, and implementation of IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions.
Develop and drive the IAM strategy in alignment with ALK’s Allergy+ vision.
Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 platform capabilities.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and business impact.
Enhance security and efficiency through continuous innovation and technical improvements.
Monitor trends and emerging technologies to inform future infrastructure roadmaps.
Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related technical field.
Solid experience with IAM platforms, Microsoft Active Directory, and Entra ID.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust, RBAC, SSO, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
Proven ability to design secure, robust, and scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
Strong analytical skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with GxP environments and computerized system qualification is an advantage.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
