Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to conduct financial and operational audits across the company and its affiliates. You will analyze data, plan audit programs, perform tests, and present findings to senior management, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

The role requires 4–5 years of audit/finance experience, a degree in accounting or finance, and willingness to travel up to 65% with international assignments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Public Accounting experience, preferably Big Four, required (external).
• 4–5 years of relevant Audit or Finance experience required.
• Exposure to manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 65% of the time, international travel.
• Analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft.
• Knowledge of SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Internal Auditor conducts periodic reviews of financial and operating activities to provide assurance to Management and the Audit Committee that policies are applied.
• Obtain and perform data analysis, develop audit programs, and document testing per standards.
• Prepare audit meeting agendas, present findings, and draft reports for review by senior audit management.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure remediation.
