Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in design with extensive UX/product design experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex design initiatives across teams.
• Strong portfolio with visual craft and motion design.
• Experience with design systems and reusable components.
• Knowledge of accessibility and reduced motion guidelines.
• Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of interactions, transitions, and interface behaviors to improve usability.
• Develop sophisticated prototypes and motion patterns to communicate concepts.
• Collaborate with Product, Design Systems, Engineering, Research, and PM.
• Establish scalable interaction patterns across product teams.
• Mentor designers and raise design quality across the org.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.
