Job summary

GFT TECHNOLOGIES SE in Kraków is seeking a Lead Integration Specialist Consultant for a hybrid, B2B role. You will define and lead the enterprise integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business and technology roadmaps.

You will provide technical and organizational leadership, coordinate complex initiatives, and act as the primary integration SME for key stakeholders. You will drive CI/CD, governance, and platform automation using GitHub, Jenkins, and Python, while guiding senior engineers

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with IBM Message Broker / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12).
• Extensive experience with IBM MQ.
• Proven track record leading enterprise integration projects.
• Advanced experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and Python.
• Strong Unix/Linux and DB2 SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining integration architectures, standards, and governance.
• Experience leading technical teams or coordinating multiple engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Availability for occasional business travel to Germany.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the integration architecture strategy across multiple systems and platforms.
• Lead large-scale integration initiatives and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
• Drive architectural decisions related to ACE12 and IBM MQ platforms.
• Establish standards, governance models, and best practices for integration development.
• Oversee CI/CD processes and platform automation leveraging GitHub, Jenkins, and Python.
• Provide leadership during major incidents, platform upgrades, and production releases.
• Work closely with architects, managers, and business stakeholders to align integration roadmaps.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform improvement.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization.
• Support strategic technology transformation and modernization initiatives.
