Job summary

GFT TECHNOLOGIES SE in Kraków is seeking a Lead Integration Specialist Consultant for a hybrid, B2B role. You will define and lead the enterprise integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business and technology roadmaps.

You will provide technical and organizational leadership, coordinate complex initiatives, and act as the primary integration SME for key stakeholders. You will drive CI/CD, governance, and platform automation using GitHub, Jenkins, and Python, while guiding senior engineers

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with IBM Message Broker / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12).
• Extensive experience with IBM MQ.
• Proven track record leading enterprise integration projects.
• Advanced experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and Python.
• Strong Unix/Linux and DB2 SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining integration architectures, standards, and governance.
• Experience leading technical teams or coordinating multiple engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Availability for occasional business travel to Germany.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural decisions related to ACE12 and IBM MQ platforms.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform improvement.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization.
• Support strategic technology transformation and modernization initiatives.

What will you do?

You will define and lead the integration strategy for critical enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business and technology roadmaps. You will provide technical and organizational leadership, coordinate complex initiatives, and serve as the primary integration subject matter expert for key stakeholders.
