Job summary

Look4IT is seeking a Senior IT Administrator for a leading European manufacturer of disinfection and hygiene products. You will own the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring stability, security and strategic development, reporting to the IT Support & Administration Team Lead.

You will manage Exchange Online, Entra ID, Defender, Intune and Azure AD, drive cloud projects, implement security controls, automate with PowerShell and document architectures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Defender and Intune.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, Intune, Defender Suite, Entra ID).
• Experience with Azure AD security concepts: Conditional Access, Endpoint Security.
• Solid PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience working in cloud-only or hybrid environments.
• Self-driven, accountable and structured in your approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Administrate, maintain and develop the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Intune, Defender Suite, Entra ID).
• Plan and deliver IT projects in the Modern Workplace and cloud space.
• Ensure system stability — patch management, updates and lifecycle management.
• Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot in cloud environments.

• Process automation using PowerShell.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational concepts.

About the Role:

Our client is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of disinfection and hygiene products. We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Administrator with a solid background in Microsoft cloud technologies to join their growing IT team. You will be the go-to expert for our Microsoft 365 environment, taking full ownership of its stability, security and strategic development. This is a standalone role with real influence over architectural decisions, reporting directly to the IT Support & Administration Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration, maintenance and development of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Intune, Defender Suite, Entra ID / Azure AD)
• Planning and delivery of IT projects in the Modern Workplace and cloud space
• Ensuring system stability — patch management, updates and lifecycle management
• Monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting in cloud environments
• Maintaining and developing IT security standards (Azure AD, Defender, Conditional Access; potential IAM/PAM scope in the future)
• Process automation using PowerShell
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational concepts

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Defender and Intune — non‑negotiable
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, Intune, Defender Suite, Entra ID)

Language Requirements:

• English: C1 level — mandatory
• German or Polish: strong advantage — preferred candidates will have at least one of these
