Fujitsu in Łódź, Poland, seeks a Senior Information Security Manager to join the Security Consultancy Team. The role focuses on acting as the primary security advisor for customers, managing ISMS, and guiding security improvements across complex environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in information security management, risk, and governance, with certifications such as CISSP/CISM and experience handling international, enterprise-scale engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cyber security, CS or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience in Information Security Management, governance, risk management or security consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR-related requirements.
• Experience with customer-facing security engagements and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary security representative and trusted advisor for customers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual security obligations and Fujitsu standards.
• Maintain ISMS and governance processes.
• Lead Security Working Groups and security reviews with stakeholders.
• Develop security risk registers and drive mitigation actions.
• Produce security reports, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Coordinate security audits, IT health checks, and remediation.
• Support security incidents, investigations and escalation.
• Assess security impacts of changes to infrastructure, operations, and business.
• Oversee controls, vulnerability management, PAM, and security compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to Security Management Plans and SIPs; drive service improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer security posture and growth.
