Job summary

Join Jit as an experienced Incident Manager, leading end-to-end incident management across multiple services in a large-scale, international financial environment. You will coordinate technical and business stakeholders, drive triage and escalation, and ensure timely resolution of production incidents, contributing to governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Incident Management or ITSM.
• Understanding of the full incident lifecycle.
• Experience with enterprise-scale, business-critical environments.
• Strong ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading incident war rooms and triage calls.
• Ability to coordinate escalations across multiple teams and units.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with SLA management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Incident Management process across multiple services and platforms.
• Drive incident triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution activities.
• Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate stakeholders across teams.
• Identify aging, stuck, and unresolved incidents and drive resolution.
• Challenge unclear ownership and drive accountability across teams.
• Monitor SLA compliance and elevate risks proactively.
• Ensure incidents are documented and closed per procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during major incidents and service disruptions.
• Track follow-up actions and ensure timely completion.
• Identify recurring incident patterns and collaborate with Problem Management.
