Thomson Reuters in Poland is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead complex deployments of the ONESOURCE Pagero platform with cross‑functional teams. You will manage multiple projects, configure applications, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

The role emphasizes strong problem‑solving, training end users, and collaborating with Product, Sales, and Support across EU and APAC regions.

Job Description Thomson Reuters is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist. Senior Implementation Specialist is a dynamic role that involves a broad range of responsibilities. The primary responsibility is to act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. In this position, you will work both independently and collaboratively, as you will often manage several projects in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring 3–5 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.
• Deliver end-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting.
• Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management.
• Resolve customer support issues effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations.
• Support pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients.
• Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications.
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets.
• Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.

Required Qualifications

• Experience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects.
• Contributing to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines.
• Resolving customer support issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Working closely with key business teams, such as Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.
• Assisting with pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and prospect scoping.
• Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering within Thomson Reuters to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Customizing and configuring applications to agreed specifications.
• Designing, developing, and documenting project deliverables according to agreed customer timelines and budgets.
• Hands‑on involvement in application configuration, implementation, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT integrations and configuration within e-invoicing.

Compensation

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 84,000 PLN - 156,000 PLN. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
