Job description

As Assistant Manager, Diligence Process Architect, you will support the build and maintenance of diligence processes and capabilities across the Third Party Risk Management function. This is a hands‑on role with a focus on standardization and centralization: delivering scalable, consistent solutions that serve the full spectrum of third‑party relationships across the portfolio.

You are a builder first. You bring strong automation and system architecture experience and can turn clearly defined requirements into robust, scalable solutions. Risk domain knowledge is an advantage but not a prerequisite; what matters most is your ability to deliver.

About The Role

• Build and automate workflows supporting the diligence of suppliers, partners and customers, leveraging AI capabilities where appropriate
• Maintain and continuously improve existing processes, ensuring they remain fit for purpose as the portfolio, technology, and risk landscape evolve
• Own the technical and process documentation, ensuring visibility and auditability across the third‑party lifecycle
• Support ongoing monitoring of third‑party relationships, embedding automated controls and alerts where appropriate
• Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Product, Sales, Sourcing and other business functions to ensure positive customer and stakeholder experiences

About You

• 3+ years of experience in automation and system architecture, ideally in a risk, compliance, or regulated environment
• You have experience with sales, sourcing, partnerships, and contract management, ideally in a risk, compliance, or regulated environment
• Hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps and Power BI
• You speak fluent English with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• A track record of delivering process standardization or centralization initiatives
• The ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 115,500 PLN – 214,500 PLN. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
