Job summary

Astek Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced HVAC & Building Coordinator for industrial projects in Kraków. The candidate will design and coordinate HVAC systems, perform load calculations, and prepare construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

Requirements include a Bachelor/Master in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, 10+ years in HVAC, and fluent English for international collaboration. Long-term collaboration and technical development are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of HVAC design and building coordination experience.
Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, EN standards and fire safety.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit.
Experience with calculation software (InstalSoft, Audytor, HAP, Trace, PipeFlo).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and document reviews.
Fluent English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design and coordinate HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
Perform HVAC load and hydraulic calculations per European standards.
Prepare AFC drawings, plant room layouts, and coordination drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
Prepare MTOs and BOQs for HVAC/building systems.
Support tendering through technical docs and evaluate offers.
Coordinate interfaces across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical disciplines.
Ensure compliance with Eurocodes, EN standards and safety-by-design principles.
Identify risks and propose improvements.
