Job summary

COWI Renewable in Poland is seeking a Power System Engineer (Cable Specialist) to join our international team and tackle challenging HV cable projects.

You will model, analyze, and design high-voltage cables, perform feasibility studies, and collaborate with clients worldwide, often traveling to project sites.

A Master’s degree and 5+ years experience are required, with proficiency in CymCap, Cableizer, COMSOL, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in power systems.
• Proficient with HV cable design and electrical calculations.
• Familiar with international design standards.
• Able to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Model, analyze, and design HV cables.
• Develop future strategies for clients' projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and master planning.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
