Job Summary:
The Sr. HR Generalist will act as strategic HR Business Partner for PIP/HSP employees based at CZ, PL, SK, RO, and HU. Acts as the main HR contact, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Leads the annual people cycle, including workforce planning, performance, talent reviews, and rewards. Coaches leaders on organization design, change management, and leadership effectiveness. Drives talent development, performance calibration, early careers, and internal mobility. Manages employee relations and ensures compliance with local labor regulations. Partners on compensation, benefits, and HR policy localization. Supports end-to-end talent acquisition with leaders and recruiters. Oversees external HR vendors and HR process governance. Delivers HR analytics, data integrity, audits, and regional change projects. Expectations is the job role is based in Poland (Katowice) or the Czech Republic (Brno).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sr HR Generalist. Managing : Slovakia, Poland, Cezch, Romania and Hungary. Based at Katowice (Poland) or Brno (Czech).
1) Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Serve as primary HR point of contact for leaders and employees across CZ/PL/SK/RO; diagnose people’s needs and craft solutions that enable business outcomes.
- Drive annual people cycle: headcount planning, performance & development, succession and talent reviews, engagement, merit/bonus cycle coordination with Total Rewards.
- Coach leaders on organization design, change management, team health, and leadership effectiveness.
2) Talent, Performance & Development
- Facilitate performance calibration; build manager capability for feedback, goal setting, and growth plans.
- Partner with L&D to identify regional capability gaps; deploy scalable development initiatives and leadership programs.
- Lead early careers and internal mobility actions in region; promote diverse slates and equitable processes.
3) Employee Relations & Culture
- Manage day-to-day employee relations matters (policy guidance, investigations where applicable, absence/attendance, disciplinary and grievance handling) in compliance with CZ/PL/SK/RO regulations.
- Monitor engagement insights; co-create action plans with leaders to strengthen inclusion, wellbeing, and retention.
- Serve as culture custodian—embed values, recognition, and change readiness.
4) Rewards, Benefits & Policy Enablement
- Partner with Total Rewards on compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, offers, and pay-for-performance governance.
- Localize and socialize HR policies and handbooks for CZ/PL/SK/RO; ensure compliance and simplicity.
- Support benefits vendor reviews and employee communications (no works councils/unions).
5) Talent Acquisition
- Identify and manage the talent acquisition need for different teams and organizations, being a supporting parner for the leaders and hiring managers.
- Work closely with the internal and external agencies, recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, corporate Talent acquisition teams, etc. to provide the necessary talent resources according to business needs.
6) Vendor & Process Governance (External HR Services)
- Own the relationship with the external HR services provider handling employment contracts, amendments, onboarding documentation, offboarding paperwork, letters, and routine HR admin.
- Govern SLAs, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance; drive continuous improvement and root-cause fixes.
- Maintain clear RACI with the vendor, Payroll, and internal stakeholders; manage escalations.
7) Data, Systems & Reporting
- Ensure data integrity in HRIS (e.g., Lyric).
- Analyze workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, absence, diversity mix, engagement) and translate insights into actions.
- Maintain documentation for audits; uphold GDPR and country-specific privacy requirements.
8) Projects & Change
- Lead or contribute to regional HR projects (org changes, integrations, policy refreshes, tech rollouts).
- Design change plans and communications; measure adoption and impact.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in a multinational organization is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking to interpret data and market trends.
- Able to speak English & Polish
