A leading global law firm in Warsaw is looking for a Senior HR Administration Specialist to handle HR administration and people support. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience, is proficient in English and Polish, and possesses strong organizational skills. For Linklaters Global Solutions Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Senior HR Administration Specialist role.
Work arrangements:
Hybrid model work: (2 days per week from the office located next to Rondo ONZ)
Contract: Employment contract
Working hours: 9:00-17:15 and 11:00-19:15
You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the People function—a strategically driven, globally connected team dedicated to supporting our firm’s talent and culture. As Senior HR Administration Specialist , you will be responsible for HR administration and people support, ensuring smooth operations and professional HR service delivery. Collaborating with business teams and legal teams worldwide, our team covers key HR processes, data quality, and employee lifecycle management.
