Job summary

Manago AI is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to shape how we present our product across landing pages, white papers, case studies and sales decks. You will turn complex SaaS topics into bold, high-quality visuals that capture attention and drive pipeline.

You will collaborate with marketing, content, web, and sales teams to define creative direction, stay ahead of trends, and use tools including AI-powered design to push boundaries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience designing landing pages with UX in mind; familiarity with website builders.
• Proven ability to create white papers, case studies and ebooks.
• Strong deck design and sales enablement materials.
• Basic video editing for social formats (Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Expertise in visual storytelling and data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make strategic design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction and execution of high-quality visual content across web, digital, and print, ensuring every asset is on brand and supports marketing goals.
• Design high-converting landing pages for campaigns and product launches, collaborating with website and performance teams.
• Create white papers, ebooks, and case studies with layouts, infographics, and data visuals.
• Build presentation decks and sales materials to help the sales team open doors and close deals.
• Produce short videos for social media with basic editing and captions.
• Drive design for marketing campaigns across websites and social media.
• Stay ahead of design trends and champion new techniques and tools.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and production.
