Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 5+ years in a senior or lead designer role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities, technical skills, and versatility across different design projects.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Experience in both print and digital design.
• Proactive approach and professionalism.
• Precision and very high attention to detail.
• Reliability and compliance with deadlines.
• Fluent English level - at least B2.
• Ability to present own work and proposed solutions clearly and with self-confidence.

Must Have

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Apps: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.

Nice To Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design purpose).
• Knowledge of UX/UI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, and other team members to deliver visually appealing and effective designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Review projects before final submission to ensure they meet technical requirements, including resolution, colour accuracy, file format, and overall consistency.
• Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and inspire creativity.
