Job summary

The position offers on-site work with hybrid options (0-3 days remote) and collaboration across global engineering partners to drive performance and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong systems engineering judgment with software lifecycle expertise.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Ability to translate complex engineering challenges into executable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative processes to design, implement, validate, and deliver key software library capabilities.
• Update the software roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead scoping of new architectures and create engineering governance across teams.
• Review technical designs and ensure plans consider constraints and performance.
• Conduct research to explore new technologies to boost software performance.
• Propose solutions to evolving needs of agentic-assisted software development workflows.
• Identify risks and uplift teams with strategic guidance.
• Transform tacit knowledge into self-service documentation.
• Support hiring and talent development in partnership with managers.
