Job summary

Splunk in Kraków is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our App Runtime team. You will design, implement and deliver software that powers a wide range of developer tools across Splunk stacks, enabling robust, scalable experiences for customers and partners.

You will collaborate with product management, UX and documentation, contribute to automated tests and CI, and help build features that scale horizontally in a multi-service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering large-scale SaaS applications.
• Proficient in Go (production environment).
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Nice to have Python and C++ knowledge.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of microservice architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and deliver long-term impact software.
• Maintain existing tech stack, debug and fix issues.
• Collaborate with product management and architects to build features.
• Create robust test suites and CI pipelines.
• Integrate metrics and SLIs to monitor and scale services.
• Lead code reviews and ensure reliable customer experiences.
• Follow SDLC processes in Agile methodology.
