Job summary

Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Golang Developer to join a high-impact engineering initiative for a leading global financial services client. You will modernize legacy platforms by building a Go-centric developer ecosystem and high-performance microservices.

You will design production-grade APIs, tooling, and DSL parsers, and work with VSCode extensions to boost developer productivity across enterprise systems. Fluent English required, Warsaw-based or remote options may apply.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with Go (Golang).
Experience designing scalable distributed systems and APIs (gRPC/REST) in Go.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud-native observability.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain production-grade Go microservices and robust APIs.
Develop custom tooling and DSL automation engines for modernization.
Integrate backend services with VSCode extensions and developer workflows.
Implement automated testing, CI/CD, and observability across distributed services.
Collaborate with an engineering squad to deliver maintainable architecture on tight releases.
