Job summary

RedCore Group is seeking a seasoned backend engineer specializing in Go to design and maintain scalable microservices. You will work on event-driven architectures, REST and gRPC interfaces, and high-load systems, collaborating with product, frontend, and DevOps teams.

You should have 5+ years of commercial development with Go, strong knowledge of concurrency, memory model, and modern testing practices. Warsaw-based offices offer flexible remote or on-site work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Go development.
• Deep understanding of Go language features such as goroutines, channels, context, defer, interfaces, generics.
• Experience designing and maintaining microservices.
• Experience with Event-Driven Development and async service communication.
• Strong knowledge of API design (REST, gRPC/Protobuf).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS).
• Code review culture and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services in Go.
• Architect event-driven interactions between services.
• Maintain high-load, fault-tolerant systems.
