Modern Technology Stack

• Primary Language: GoLang (with some legacy PHP)
• Architecture: Microservices hosted on AWS
• Databases: Transitioning from MySQL to AWS NoSQL solutions like DynamoDB

• Messaging: AWS SQS for efficient queue management

Key Responsibilities: Senior Backend Go Engineer

• Develop and maintain our product data information and product search systems using GoLang.
• Integrate these systems with other IT teams using both synchronous and asynchronous methods.
• Contribute ideas and know-how to maintain and develop our highly frequented, self-built online shop for markets in Germany, Austria, Poland, and the Netherlands.
• Work within a modern tech stack environment: cloud-based & virtualized infrastructure, service-oriented architecture, and event-based communication.
