Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Senior Manager, Study Site Engagement in Lodz, Poland, to connect Takeda study teams with clinical research sites and CRO partners. The role requires 7+ years in clinical research with site management, deep ICH-GCP knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a clinical, health care, life sciences or drug development field.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical research, with site management or monitoring focus.
• Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and global/regional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local Takeda face coordinating study teams, sites, investigators and CRO partners.
• Support feasibility, site selection, startup, enrollment strategies and site activation across assigned programs.
