Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. seeks a Quality/Supplier Development professional to drive product quality improvements across development and production. You will assess quality systems, support supplier performance, and lead problem-solving efforts to ensure Energizer delivers high-quality products to customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with manufacturing, product development, and suppliers, with focus on continuous improvement and risk reduction across European operations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in Quality or Supplier Development.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
• Experience managing domestic and overseas suppliers.
• Strong analytical, coordination, problem solving, audit and project management skills.
• Experience addressing internal and/or supplier operations to improve performance and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and supplier audits, including on-site, self-audits, technical, process and launch readiness reviews.
• Improve quality systems and processes (documentation, change management, calibration, in-process quality control).
• Drive root cause analysis and robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support new product development projects to meet time/cost/performance objectives.
• Provide training and coaching on quality tools and methods to cross-functional teams.
