Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Study Manager (Oncology) / Sr PM for sponsor-dedicated programs across EMEA. The role focuses on leading interdisciplinary clinical research programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, budgets, and timelines, while serving as the main liaison between the company and customers.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, strong GCP knowledge, CRO experience preferred, and the ability to travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development process and clinical monitoring procedures.
• CRO experience and relevant therapeutic experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage time and work independently.
• Ability to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to mentor and manage new staff and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership and Delivery: Manages a project as Project Manager overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research programs, ensuring GCP, SOPs and regulatory compliance, liaising with Customer to ensure project launch, conduct and closeout.
• Reporting and Communication: Maintains project information across databases, tracks timelines, supports inspection readiness, prepares materials for meetings, leads project management reports and resource strategies.
• Business Development: Participates in bid defense meetings and develops relationships with clients to generate new business; stays aware of therapeutic trends.
