Job summary

BNP Paribas in Poland is looking for a Fund Accounting Junior Specialist who will be part of a dynamic operations center. This role entails preparing monthly and quarterly activities, managing NAV calculations, and ensuring high-quality client service. Responsibilities

• Prepare end-to-end monthly/quarterly activities including cash bookkeeping.
• Perform activities related to NAV calculation.
• Prepare and review accounting reporting.

Fund Accounting Junior Specialist in Private Capital

Requirements

• Experience within the finance industry with at least 6 months of experience in accounts preparation, equity, bond or private wealth funds
• Fluent English (min C1)
• Accounting skills, experience in accounting, fund accounting, audit or private equity
• Good Knowledge of Private Capital fund structures/regulations will be advantageous
• General understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
• Very good expertise in Excel
• Client centric mindset
• Orientation to details, inquisitive mind
• Excellent organizational & communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare end-to-end monthly/quarterly activities including cash bookkeeping and reconciliation, valuations on various type of assets, bookkeep in the Accounting system drawdowns, distributions, perform accruals calculation,
• Performing activities related to NAV calculation,
• Prepare and review accounting reporting,
• Investigating discrepancies including direct location contact
• Ensure all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage client/ location queries and provide a high level of customer service
