Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly NAV, ensuring completion of specified tasks per coverage
  • Reconciliation of daily cash, position and market value including trade processing and pricing
  • Ensure daily output standards for both quality and timeliness are met.
  • Monitor and assist in the resolution of issues. Follow up on open inquiries. Handle more complex tasks
  • Escalate daily issues and aged items to direct manager
  • Share knowledge by providing training to other less experienced team members.
  • Review and verify work of team members. Approve/provide sign off of a team member’s work
  • Effectively utilize BBH's internal systems to meet and support all critical deadlines.
  • Opportunity to work on basic and complex financial instruments with wide training offering to self-develop
  • Networking with other BBH departments on finding solutions to provide best service to BBH clients
Our requirements
  • B/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum one year of fund accounting, custody, securities processing or other industry experience
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills
  • Research, analysis and problem resolution skills
  • Organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment, communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work on Polish Holidays
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary
