Job description

We’re looking for the very first developer to join the client’s team. This means high visibility, strong responsibility, and direct impact on how the product grows. Most of the application logic lives in the front end (Vue.js), but there’s also a .NET back end that will evolve over time.

Who we’re looking for: We need someone who combines technical strength with strong communication skills. You’ll be the first developer on-site, so you must be able to represent the team, collaborate directly with business stakeholders, and set a high bar for future engineers.

Location: Wrocław / Warszawa / remote from anywhere in Poland. Contract: B2B / Employment contract. Capacity: Full-time.

How we work: Agile, pragmatic cycles (Scrum-ish, but not dogmatic). Direct collaboration with business users — your communication matters as much as your code.

• Building and extending Vue.js features where most business logic resides
• Maintaining and gradually expanding the .NET back end

• Reviewing requirements with stakeholders and suggesting better alternatives
• Ensuring quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Acting as the key bridge between the client and our engineering culture
