Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for a banking project, offering 100% remote work. The role centers on collaborating within an Agile team to design and implement backend and frontend features for corporate banking solutions.

Candidates should have strong Java, Spring, Hibernate, and frontend skills, with expertise in RESTful services and databases. We value English fluency, adherence to best practices, and the ability to communicate across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer.
• Extensive experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience building RESTful microservices using JSON and XML.
• Database knowledge: Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Familiar with Maven, npm, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an Agile team to design and implement backend and frontend functionalities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and key features for corporate banking solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, minimizing disruption to operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members across locations to align goals.
