Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for a banking project. This fully remote role requires strong Java/Spring/Hibernate and frontend skills in Angular/TypeScript/HTML/CSS. Join an agile team delivering scalable, secure fintech dashboards and workflows across multiple locations.

You will design, implement, and maintain backend and frontend features, write clean code, and ensure performance while collaborating with senior developers in a flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Java Developer.
• Extensive experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in building RESTful microservices using JSON and XML.
• Experience with databases, including knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Maven, npm, Git, and Bitbucket.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an Agile team to design and implement backend and frontend functionalities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, workflows, and key features for corporate banking solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues with minimal disruption to operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members in various locations to align on goals.
