Job summary

ITConnect is seeking a Java developer to join a team maintaining and enhancing an enterprise application used by large corporate customers to manage accounts, payments, and file transfers.

You will work on microservice and monolith components, implement new features, fix production incidents, and ensure compliance changes. Experience with Maven, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular, and Jasmine is valued, along with agile collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java 7/8 and Spring frameworks is required.
• Proficient in REST API design and implementation.
• Solid unit testing experience and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with agile software development processes.
• Ability to analyze and work with legacy codebase.

Job description

Project work on application for large corporate customers to manage their accounts payments and transfer files without contacting the bank. This application provides an external portal that allows performing transfers and confirmations, various account and file management functions.

Working as a part of the team you will be responsible for maintenance and enhancements of the application which includes: new features, bug fixes, fixes for production incidents, compliance/mandatory changes required by the business.

The team is responsible for development and improvement of variety of services, which are organized within both microservice and monolith architecture.

We are in the journey to modernise the old system and transition to the new one (in upcoming future).
