Job summary

Edvantis is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a highly collaborative team building AI-powered, scalable SaaS solutions. You will contribute across front-end React/TypeScript and back-end Python services, with data pipelines and AWS integrations.

You will lead end-to-end feature development across multiple concurrent projects, shaping architecture and best practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on the project of our Client – a leading SaaS company delivering advanced technical insights and analytics solutions that help customers make better business decisions. You will join a highly collaborative Software Engineering Team focused on building innovative full-stack products and solutions. The team works in an Agile environment and leverages modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, data pipelines, and AI capabilities to prototype and deliver new solutions.

In this role, you will work as a senior individual contributor across multiple concurrent projects, building scalable software solutions and AI-powered product capabilities. Your tasks as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer will be to design, build, and own full-stack features end to end, from front-end UI to back-end services and data pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a strong focus on quality, performance, and cloud-native architecture.

• Design, build, and own full-stack features from front-end UI to back-end services and data pipelines

• Design and build AI-powered and agentic features, including LLM-based services, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent workflows
• Evaluate and apply generative AI tooling such as LLM APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks to improve the product capability and engineering velocity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with best practices and cloud architecture principles
• Write maintainable, production-quality code in a professional Agile software engineering environment
• Optimize the application performance and scalability by fine-tuning cloud resources and applying advanced engineering techniques
• Participate in architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and technical trade-off discussions
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to peers as a senior individual contributor

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated growth into a senior individual contributor role
• Strong proficiency in Python as the primary programming language, with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining back-end services and applications
• Hands-on experience across the full stack, including front-end development with React and TypeScript, relational databases, source control tools, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
• Practical experience with AI/LLM and agentic engineering, including LLM APIs, prompt & context engineering, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Proven ability to work with Python, React, TypeScript, AWS, LLM, and RAG technologies in real-world projects, with the ability to contribute across back-end, front-end, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered applications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify and raise issues proactively, solve complex problems, and deliver results within business deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with North American teams
• Self-motivation, proactivity, task-oriented approach, and eagerness to learn
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience in fine-tuning or evaluating LLMs
• Experience in building Production-grade agentic systems
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-calling or agent standards
• Exposure to AI observability or LLMOps tools such as Langfuse or Phoenix
• Prior experience in Energy, SaaS, or Data Analytics domains
