Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software across multiple applications. You will own tasks, manage priorities, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum teams to enhance code quality and drive automation.

You will work in a hybrid model with required presence at Kraków or Warsaw offices at least two days per week, contributing to DevOps, CI/CD, and architectural governance while mentoring others and shaping

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing C# / .NET solutions.
• Experience building API-driven applications for multiple clients (web, desktop, mobile).
• Proven experience with Blazor, ASP.NET MVC, Razor.
• Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Strong SQL, data modeling, optimization, and query tuning.
• Git and modern branching strategies; code reviews and debugging.
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture, CQRS, Mediator, Repository patterns.
• Agile teamwork and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage priorities and deliver work across multiple applications and initiatives.
• Analyze, understand, and enhance existing codebases, including unfamiliar solutions.
• Support other developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviews.
• Define shared tech stack and development best practices with the team.
• Advise on solution design, technical debt assessment, and process improvements.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, standards alignment, and CI/CD improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and API designs.
• Contribute to replatforming and refactoring of existing systems.
• Work end-to-end on new applications (backend + frontend) within the .NET stack.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, and task breakdown for development teams.
• Contribute to DevOps processes and testing/QA organization.
• Provide guidance, resolve blockers, and mentor other developers.

Your impact

As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high quality software solutions. You will work across multiple applications and projects, taking ownership of your work, managing priorities independently, and quickly adapting to different technical contexts. You will support teams in applying best practices, ensuring code quality, contributing to architectural discussions, and driving process automation. You will also analyze and enhance existing codebases and support other developers through code reviews and technical guidance. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage priorities and deliver work across multiple applications and initiatives

• Support the Software Engineering Manager and Solution Architect in defining the shared tech stack and development best practices
• Advise development teams on solution design, technical debt assessment, and continuous process improvement
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, standards alignment, and CI/CD pipeline improvements
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support solution design activities user stories, effort estimation, API design, and architectural decisions
• Contribute to replatforming and refactoring of existing systems
• Work end-to-end on new applications (backend + frontend) within the approved .NET stack
• Support sprint planning, estimation, and task breakdown for development teams
• Contribute to DevOps processes, automation of CI/CD, and organization of testing and UAT
• Provide technical guidance, resolve blockers, and mentor other developers

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing C# / .NET solutions in complex environments
• Experience building applications based on API architectures for multiple clients (web, desktop, mobile, plugins)
• Practical Experience with Blazor, ASP.NET MVC, Razor
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD)
• Solid expertise in SQL, data modeling, optimization, and query tuning
• Experience with code quality assurance, advanced debugging, and performance profilingStrong knowledge of Git and modern branching strategies
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles, separation of layers, and design patterns (CQRS, Mediator, Repository)
• Experience working in Agile teams and strong communication skills
