Job summary

Productiv Team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design and build across the stack, contribute to architectural decisions, and tackle complex production issues. You will connect business needs to technical execution across the full stack.

You’ll work with PHP 7/8 MVC or singleton frameworks and Vue.js on the frontend, build RESTful APIs via OpenAPI, and deploy to AWS using EC2/ECS with Docker. Mentoring and code reviews are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a senior or lead-level contributor.
• Hands-on PHP 7/8 with MVC or singleton frameworks and Vue.js (2/3) on the frontend.
• Proven experience building and integrating RESTful APIs to OpenAPI standards.
• Practical experience with MongoDB and Redis, including performance considerations.
• Core AWS knowledge (EC2, ECS), networking for deployment, IAM, and Docker.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and explain trade-offs to teammates.
• Proven judgment balancing clean, scalable code with delivery timelines and operational realities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features across UI, backend services, APIs/integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and modernize full-stack applications with PHP 7/8 MVC or singleton frameworks, and Vue.js on the front end.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs following OpenAPI standards, with integration, authentication, and versioning practices.
• Work with MongoDB and Redis for data storage, caching, and data integrity.
• Deploy and support applications on AWS using EC2 and ECS, containerized via Docker.
• Contribute to observability, high-availability, and disaster recovery, and investigate performance/security issues.
• Mentor junior engineers, participate in design and code reviews, and communicate decisions clearly.
