Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer to strengthen the fund's operational foundation by expanding the application and deepening insights for the Infrastructure team.

You will modernize data ingestion pipelines, develop REST APIs with Python/FastAPI, and enrich executive dashboards to support decision-making, all while ensuring data accuracy, reliability and transparency across PostgreSQL, Snowflake and related systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with ReactJS.
• Proficiency in Python for business logic and orchestration.
• Expertise in FastAPI for high-performance REST APIs.
• Skills in PostgreSQL for operational data storage and workflow tracking.
• Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Understanding of data accuracy, reliability and transparency principles.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

We are seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer to strengthen the operational foundation of the fund by expanding the application and deepening the insights available to the Infrastructure team.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and modernize data ingestion pipelines to support scalable data processing
• Develop and maintain high-performance REST APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Enrich executive-level dashboards and reporting capabilities to support decision-making
• Improve monitoring and audit workflows to ensure data accuracy, reliability and transparency
• Maintain operational data storage, application metadata and audit logs within PostgreSQL
• Support ingestion, financial calculations and historical reporting within Snowflake
• Orchestrate business logic and service processing to strengthen platform reliability
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to align technical solutions with fund operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development using ReactJS
• Proficiency in Python for business logic, service orchestration and data processing
• Expertise in FastAPI for building high-performance REST APIs and integration endpoints
• Skills in PostgreSQL for operational data storage, metadata management and workflow state tracking
• Familiarity with Snowflake for enterprise data warehousing and analytical workloads
• Understanding of data accuracy, reliability and transparency principles across platforms
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dagster and Kestra for pipeline orchestration, scheduling and workflow automation
• Familiarity with dbt for modeling, transforming and validating datasets
• Background in React.js for building responsive user interfaces
• Skills in AG Grid for data-intensive table interactions in monitoring and approval workflows
