Job summary

Xcelirate is seeking a highly autonomous Full-Stack Developer to own end-to-end features across PHP backend and modern JavaScript frontends. You’ll work on a stack including Symfony or Zend, Vue/React/Nuxt/Next, and scale apps for growth.

Expect strong collaboration, independent decision-making, and a focus on clean, maintainable code. You’ll drive performance, security, and reliability, participate in testing and deployment, and enjoy flexible work arrangements with a global contractor network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PHP development, with Symfony or Zend framework expertise.
• 12+ years of web application development experience across modern tech stacks.
• 6+ years with Vue.js/React/Nuxt/Next.js.
• Deep understanding of scalable web architectures (monoliths/microservices).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Strong security, authentication, and authorization knowledge.
• Familiarity with agile practices and infrastructure automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage time and priorities set by the company to deliver features.
• Build new features and improve existing ones across platforms.
• Refactor and optimize applications for performance and maintainability.
• Write tests (unit/integration/end-to-end).
• Participate in the full software lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Engage in deep technical discussions shaping applications and infrastructure.
• Handle end-to-end stack from backend to frontend.
