Jit Team is seeking an experienced software engineer to join a hybrid role based in Poznań, Poland. You will work with Java 17+ and Spring Boot on backend services and frontend with React/TypeScript, delivering RESTful APIs and microservices.

Strong SQL skills and CI/CD experience are required. You will collaborate with an international team, communicate in English daily, and participate in a diverse tech stack including Docker and Kubernetes.

Formación

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot and React.
• Solid knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture.
• Excellent frontend skills with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Strong SQL and relational DB proficiency.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
• Experience in packaging and deploying with Docker.
• Interest in Agentic AI tools to accelerate engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
