Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own full‑stack development across customer-facing interfaces and backend services. You will work within the Reap Direct team to design scalable solutions for fintech products, collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver robust features.

The role demands a strong background in React, TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL, with experience using Prisma ORM and cloud services like AWS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with ownership of business-critical systems.
• Full-stack capability across the React front end and TypeScript/NestJS back end.
• Deliver maintainable, well-tested production-grade code and architectures.
• Strong database skills with PostgreSQL and ORM use (Prisma).
• Ability to reason about performance and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to deployment.
• Build scalable full-stack applications with high quality in fintech context.
• Lead by example to elevate engineering practices and code quality.
