Job summary

Esurance Poland is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our product development team. You will build with a modern microservices architecture, backend ASP.NET Web API with C#, and frontend React/TypeScript. This hands-on role has a 70/30 front-end to back-end focus in a cloud-native environment.

The ideal candidate will own features end-to-end, mentor others, and collaborate with product owners. English at B2 level; German is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• MSc+ in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5 years of proven React front-end experience.
• At least 2 years building secure REST APIs with ASP.NET.
• Knowledge of microservices and cloud design patterns.
• Strong ownership of technical work.
• English at B2 level; German desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain modern React micro frontend applications.
• Implement and deliver Full-Stack Features with ASP.NET and React/TypeScript.
• Clarify feature requirements with Product Owners and ensure business context.
• Ensure features meet Definition of Done with robust test coverage.
• Support incident response and production issue resolution.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge on best practices.
