Job summary

People More in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer (Vue.js, .NET, AI) to design frontends in Vue.js, build backend features in .NET, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity.

You will review AI-generated code, configure CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with the CTO to expand AI across the development process. Remote work is fully supported.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering experience and ability to independently deliver complex solutions.
• Experience with .NET and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Regular, hands-on use of AI coding and review assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to demonstrate concrete examples of using AI to improve productivity and solution quality.
• Ability to assess the correctness and security of AI-generated solutions.
• Experience independently configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactive approach and ownership of delivered solutions; ability to explain technical decisions.
• Very good English and Polish.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior Full-stack Developer (Vue.js, .NET, AI).

Your duties will include:

• Designing and developing application frontends, primarily using Vue.js.
• Developing backend features in .NET, supported by AI tools.
• Selecting technical solutions and ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Using AI for coding, refactoring, troubleshooting, and code review.
