Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Poland to build scalable cloud-native applications using React, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with an international team including UK stakeholders, and contribute to architecture, testing, and CI/CD improvements while leveraging AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial Node.js development experience
• Strong React frontend experience
• Hands-on NestJS backend development
• PostgreSQL design, queries, and optimization
• AWS experience (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway)
• CI/CD, Git workflows, and code reviews
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) for international collaboration

Responsibilities

• Develop modern frontend applications with React for planning and management workflows
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS with REST APIs
• Deliver end-to-end features from design to deployment and maintenance
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries
• Deploy and operate cloud-native apps on AWS
• Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering standards
• Maintain software quality via testing, reviews, and CI/CD
• Troubleshoot production incidents and improve platform reliability
• Collaborate with product, design, and UK-based stakeholders
• Own features end-to-end with proactive problem solving
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery
