Senior Full Stack Developer (Python 3 / C++)
Hybrid position based in Warsaw, Poland – relocation is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- As a developer you will work in agile and non‑agile frameworks, facilitate workshops and events, and communicate with different organizational levels.
- Understand the current organization (AS‑IS) and act in a transformational environment (TO‑BE); encourage teams to improve performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative and collaborative way.
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution; provide possible solutions with internal and external communication, improving transparency.
- Handle high capacity for adaptation and change when dealing with multiple technologies at the same time.
- Design and develop high‑availability software solutions.
- Define best practices for development, automated testing and deployment.
- Actively work on the optimisation and efficiency of software development processes.
- Implement timely alerts and metrics to monitor solutions.
- Ensure that software meets necessary quality standards in both maintenance and new development.
- Implement software quality controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python 3.
- Working knowledge of C/C++ (intermediate level).
- Strong experience with Linux environments.
- Experience with Docker and containerisation.
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Unit‑testing practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git, and Confluence.
- Experience with Redis and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with monitoring platforms (e.g., Grafana).
- Knowledge of planning and process‑automation tools.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- High level of English (written and spoken).
- Spanish (professional or conversational level) – Nice to have.
