An international consulting group is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and implementation of high-availability software solutions in a hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland. Senior Full Stack Developer (Python 3 / C++)

Talan is an international consulting group specializing in innovation and business transformation through technology. We seek a senior full stack developer to lead design and implementation of high-availability software solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Developer you will work in agile frameworks, facilitate workshops and events, and communicate across organizational levels. You will analyze current processes, design solutions, and drive continuous improvement through automation.

• Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
• High capacity for adaptation and change when dealing with multiple technologies at the same time.
• Design and development of high availability software solutions.
• Definition of best practices for development, automatic testing and deployment.
• Actively working on the optimisation and efficiency of software development processes.
• Implementing timely alerts and metrics to measure solutions.
• Ensure that the software has the necessary quality in both maintenance and new software development.
• Implement software quality controls.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (or related field), Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Python 3; Working knowledge of C/C++ (intermediate level); Strong experience with Linux environments; Experience with Docker and containerization; Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform); Unit testing practices; Experience with Kubernetes; Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Tools & platforms: Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git, and Confluence.
• Databases: Redis; Elasticsearch.
• Additional skills: Experience with monitoring platforms (e.g., Grafana); Knowledge of planning and process automation tools; Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Languages: High level of English (written and spoken).
• Nice to have: Spanish (professional or conversational level).
