Job summary

ELEKS is seeking a senior software architect to lead an AI-native Reporting Service in Poland. You will own the end-to-end architecture, drive AI-driven delivery, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET.
• 3+ years of experience with React, including building configurable and data-driven UIs.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI technologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, including microservices, design patterns, and extensible frontend architectures.
• Demonstrated experience leading the transformation of purpose-built applications into generic, configuration-driven, and data-driven front-end solutions.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to align front-end and back-end teams around a common architectural vision.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of an AI-native Reporting Service enabling PDFs with dynamic data binding and token replacement.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for scalability, maintainability, security, and alignment with business needs.
• Drive requirements analysis by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and translating business needs into development plans.
• Orchestrate AI-driven delivery by guiding autonomous development agents and ensuring execution across the solution.
• Review, validate, and approve AI-generated code, designs, tests, and artifacts to ensure quality and standards.
• Ensure Reporting Service supports flexible templates, reusable components, and seamless data source integration.
• Establish engineering best practices including AI-native workflows, code quality, documentation, and governance.
• Define and maintain quality strategies with unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage for the AI-driven lifecycle.
• Verify features meet functional and non-functional requirements including performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, domain experts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive decisions.
• Create and maintain technical docs, diagrams, implementation guidelines, decision records, and governance artifacts.

Our customer is an international supplier of pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment for biopharmaceutical companies based in Germany and the UK. They develop both hardware and software solutions for biopharma process automation.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience in software development

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, and alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
• Drive requirements analysis by defining user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and translating business needs into actionable development plans
• Orchestrate AI-driven software delivery by breaking down requirements into well-defined tasks, guiding autonomous development agents, and ensuring effective execution across the solution
• Review, validate, and approve AI-generated code, designs, test artifacts, and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with architectural standards, coding guidelines, and quality expectations
• Ensure the Reporting Service supports flexible template definitions, reusable reporting components, and seamless integration with data sources and downstream systems
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, including AI-native development workflows, code quality standards, documentation requirements, and governance processes
• Define and maintain comprehensive quality strategies, ensuring appropriate unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage is designed, generated, and validated throughout the AI-driven delivery lifecycle
• Verify that all delivered features meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, maintainability, and security standards
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, domain experts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and drive key technical decisions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, implementation guidelines, decision records, and governance artifacts supporting successful project delivery
