Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to join its Growth AI Performance System team. You will own frontend and backend features, integrating AI model outputs into practical client-facing interfaces for marketing ROI, brand strategy, and pricing insights.

You will work with a cross-functional team, including data scientists and AI engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable software that supports real-time decision-making for large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-stack software engineering with hands-on frontend and backend work.
• Track record of shipping data-dense analytical applications relied on by professional users.
• Experience integrating data science or ML model outputs into product features.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional product teams with data scientists and AI engineers.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (Azure or AWS) and containerization.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and secure handling of client data.
• Experience in client-facing or consulting-adjacent environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end product features within Growth AI Performance System modules.
• Implement dashboards, analytics interfaces, and scenario tools for professional users.
• Develop data visualizations and real-time update interfaces.
• Collaborate with Data Scientist and AI Engineering on model outputs and API contracts.
• Ensure code quality through CI/CD, automated tests, and production readiness.
• Engage with consulting teams to translate feedback into engineering improvements.
