Job summary

Framna ApS in Gdańsk is seeking a senior frontend engineer to join our hybrid team and build scalable, accessible web interfaces using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.

You will work across design, engineering, and product, applying AI-assisted coding practices, with ownership over features and a focus on business value. Regular in‑studio collaboration and continuous learning are part of our culture.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of commercial frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Proficient with React and responsive UI design.
• Experience with AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation.
• Great English and Polish communication.

About the role

Please note that we follow a hybrid model with a requirement for regular in-office syncs to foster team collaboration.

Preferred skills & qualifications

• At least 6-8 years of commercial programming experience as frontend developer or similar role
• Deep working knowledge and solid understanding ofTypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience withReact
• Experience with AI tools for coding, testing, and documentation, and helping teammates in resolving common technical issues
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS for creating responsive and accessible user interfaces
• Knowledge of testing strategies and experience with frontend testing frameworks
• Understanding of backend concepts and openness to working on backend tasks
• Interest in application security and secure coding practices.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish

We would also appreciate if you have

• Experience with development in Python or Node.js
• Familiarity with AWS or other Cloud providers
