Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Payments & Blockchain team in Poland. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality payment processing systems using React.js and related tech, focusing on speed, security, and reliability.

You will mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, integrate with a growing network of payment providers, and help ensure compliance and security across financial software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, web/mobile focus.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React/React Native skills.
• Experience with Next.js, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and modern build tooling.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
