Job summary

Venn Software Inc. is seeking an accomplished front-end developer to join our team in Canada. You will build modern web applications that are responsive, accessible, and performant, while shaping frontend architecture and testing strategy.

With 6+ years of experience, you will work with TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3, contribute to API contracts, and advocate usability and UX across features. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and use Figma for design handoffs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of professional responsive front-end development experience.
• Expert in Javascript and front-end technologies, such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript testing libraries, including Jest and React Testing Library.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs with an eye for good contract design.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Heavy bias towards usability and user experience.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
