Job summary

Teleste is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to shape the user experience of a large-scale enterprise video management and situational awareness system. You will tackle complex UI challenges, migrate legacy components, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software.

You will work with a modern stack (JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, NgRx, RxJS) and contribute to UI libraries, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend experience on large-scale apps.
• JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency with clean, maintainable code.
• Strong knowledge of Web APIs, browsers, HTTP/WebSockets.
• Experience with Angular, NgRx, RxJS in a large project.
• Experience migrating legacy code (jQuery/AngularJS).
• Testing strategies: unit, integration, end-to-end.
• Excellent communication in technical and non-technical contexts.
• English min. B2 and Polish min. C2.

Responsibilities

• Design new UI flows to enhance UX in the enterprise system.
• Contribute to UI component library ensuring consistency and reuse.
• Migrate legacy components to modern web standards for performance.
• Collaborate with backend to define APIs and optimize data flows.
• Write robust tests and documentation for maintainability.
• Work with PMs to refine requirements and influence roadmap.
• Drive UI/UX innovation and product shape.
