Job description

Senior Frontend Developer (Angular)

If you have experience in system migration, care about high code quality, and are looking for a job working on a real product for major financial institutions, this offer is for you!

You can work on a project that combines technology with a real impact on the system's development direction.

About the project

You will join a team developing a document and contract management application for a financial institution.

This is a transformation challenge – preparing an existing system to become a full-fledged product and adapting it to the needs of a new client.

Your role will be:

  • Analyzing requirements and translating them into technological solutions,
  • Co-deciding on the choice of frontend technologies,
  • Overseeing the work of two frontend developers – setting direction and ensuring high code standards.

With whom will you be working?

The project is led by Krzysztof Wasilewicz – an experienced backend developer and Project Leader in the Lion Team.

He specialises in solutions for the financial sector, with a focus on modern payment technologies.

With Krzysztof, you can expect expert collaboration, well-thought-out decisions, and a partnership approach.

In this project, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Transform an existing system into a product,
  • Tailor solutions to new client requirements,
  • Have a real influence on technological decisions,
  • Write code that not only works, but is simply good.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 8 years of experience in frontend development and at least 4 years with Angular (16+),
  • Has experience with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and RxJS,
  • Has tested with Jest and Playwright,
  • Knows and uses GitLab and Jira,
  • Has English language skills at B2/C1 level,
  • Has worked in an environment where translating business requirements into technology was part of daily work,
  • Isn’t afraid to make or co-make technological decisions,
  • Can organise the work of a frontend team,
  • Enjoys projects where a lot is happening and results are visible quickly.

Nice to have experience in:

  • NGXS / NGRX,
  • Microfrontend architecture.

What do we offer?

  • Salary: 18,000 – 25,000 PLN net/month (B2B) + 26 days of paid leave,
  • Training budget: 3,000 PLN net annually + 15 additional paid days for personal development,
  • Free language courses (English, German) at the office,
  • Comfortable working conditions: parking, bike room, private healthcare for you and your family,
  • The company lunch every Wednesday,
  • Multisport card,
  • Friendly, open atmosphere and regular integration trips.

What does the recruitment process look like?

  • Review of your CV,
  • Short phone call with Kasia Kunowska or Paulina Pękalska,
  • Hard skills check,
  • HR interview about mutual fit,
  • Offer presentation – and welcome to the Lion Team!

We keep you informed at every stage. We respect your time.
